After months of testing and learning, our artificially-intelligent chatbot ALEX is having his first Conversations with real customers this week. ALEX is ready to join your team of humans and help you by:
- Unlocking Pricing on VRPs and VDPs for users who click locked pricing CTAs after a very brief conversation (instead of a form)
- Capturing leads (name and contact info) and sending them to the CRM during the course of these natural conversations
- Starting Online Deals, by launching Online Shopper for users who are interested in viewing and customizing real-time payment options
- Transferring Conversations to human co-workers whenever there is a question he doesn’t know how to answer yet
